{"id":1461,"date":"2026-02-11T10:49:03","date_gmt":"2026-02-11T10:49:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/home.veneta-impianti.com\/?p=1461"},"modified":"2026-03-02T13:17:00","modified_gmt":"2026-03-02T13:17:00","slug":"efficiency-and-automation-the-new-50-000-m%c2%b3-h-extraction-plant-by-veneta-impianti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/home.veneta-impianti.com\/en\/news\/efficienza-e-automazione-il-nuovo-impianto-di-aspirazione-da-50-000-m%c2%b3-h-firmato-veneta-impianti\/","title":{"rendered":"Efficienza e Automazione: Il nuovo impianto di aspirazione Veneta Impianti da 50.000 m\u00b3\/h &#8211; 90 kW"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We have completed the installation of a complex system that perfectly represents our philosophy: <strong>advanced technology and ready-to-use solutions\u201c<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Challenge: Managing large volumes with maximum flexibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer needed a system capable of handling a massive volume of air (<strong>50,000 m\u00b3\/h<\/strong>) while ensuring a fully automated storage system to eliminate handling time and manual \u2018intervention <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Solution: FMPJ 300 Technology and Intelligent Ventilation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To meet these requirements, we designed a system based on the <strong>new FMPJ 300 filter<\/strong>, the beating heart of the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The salient technical features:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Power and Efficiency:<\/strong> The system is driven by 3 high-efficiency fans for a total power of <strong>90 kW<\/strong>. Operating under negative pressure with clean air, the fans ensure a longer service life and higher efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Modularity and Inverters:<\/strong> Thanks to the use of multiple fans controlled by inverters, the system does not work \u201cat full speed\u201d unless required, allowing a wide operating range and a <strong>significant energy savings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Space-saving design:<\/strong> We have integrated the soundproof fans directly into the filter, drastically reducing floor space and noise impact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Automated Storage:<\/strong> The transport system automatically sorts the sucked material into well <strong>6 collection containers<\/strong>, optimising waste logistics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Security and Industry 4.0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We have not neglected protection. The installation is fully compliant with the <strong>ATEX regulations<\/strong>, equipped with the most modern fire and blast prevention devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the digital soul of the system is a switchboard equipped with <strong>Interconnected PLC<\/strong>. This allows not only total automation, but also the\u2019<strong>remote assistance<\/strong>, ensuring that our technicians can monitor or intervene on the software in real time, wherever they are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Achievements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>With this installation, the customer achieved:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Industrial efficiency:<\/strong> Constant suction capacity even with heavy workloads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Operational flexibility:<\/strong> Thanks to the modular system that adapts to the actual needs of the moment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Certified security:<\/strong> A protected working environment to the highest European standards.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Even for the most complex installations, <strong>&nbsp;<\/strong> has industrialised but extremely flexible solutions.
